I assume you are a beginner with Unity? Then I would suggest watching some tutorials first and getting familiar with scripting and all the other things. :)
And this place is not for asking questions like "how to make a car game?" but rather asking help and advises for problems!
Oh, and by the way, it's called Minecraft, and I think that making a complete replica of it isn't very nice, especially if you publish it. :P
